WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?
Once an order has been received it will ship within two business days. I will always follow up if there is a delay or if I need to clarify a shipping address.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO GET HERE?
Once I have dropped a package off at the post office, delivery is on their time. Generally, it takes 3-5 business days to arrive to the customer.
CAN I RETURN THIS THING I GOT?
Sure. But you need to contact me within 7 days of receiving your order and make arrangements. You can get a full refund (less shipping) once "this thing you got" is received in it's original condition to my studio. We can work out shipping details through email, but you will be responsible for return shipping costs.
WHERE ELSE CAN I BUY LUNA PINES STUFF?
First, go check out my stockists page, maybe there's a shop near you that carries my work. Then, check out my event page. Maybe I will be vending at an event near you soon. I still have an Etsy shop too if you prefer online shopping :)

CAN YOU MAKE ME A CUSTOM NECKLACE?
Maybe. If I have all the materials on hand, or if they are are minor changes to my current designs, then YES. Some examples include, lengthening a chain, changing the chain to bronze or gold, using clear quartz instead of aura quartz. I do not drill stones or crystals that are given to me by customers. Currently, I cannot create custom statement necklaces or rings.
