Everything you need to know about shipping! 

Most items in my shop are READY TO SHIP. This means that once you have placed your order, all I need to do is carefully pack your item up, print your shipping label, and get it to the post office.

What I love about this system is that I can usually get orders shipped within 24-48 hours. I make daily trips to the post office Monday-Friday, and occasionally on Saturdays when my schedule allows.

About the products

Each Luna Pines piece is handmade in my home studio by me, Amanda. I take care to pick out the best stones for each design and to make sure every connection is perfect. When you are viewing a listing on my site, the item in the photos is the EXACT piece you will receive. The only exceptions will be in the “CUSTOM JEWELRY” section and a few designs which say “MADE TO ORDER” in the description.

Packaging Details

My pieces are packed in recyclable boxes and padded mailers. This protects them on their journey, and allows you to easily dispose of the packaging materials.

  • Standard shipping is FREE, ships within 1-2 business days via the USPS first class mail. Includes tracking

  • Priority 2-day mail ($10) will ship within 1-2 business days via the USPS priority mail. Please know I do my best to get these items out asap, usually within 24 hours… occasionally even the same day if I haven’t made my daily trip to the post office. Feel free to send me an email to inquire about your order’s exact timeline.

  • International mail ($12) will ship within 1-2 business days. Once the item is accepted at the U.S. Post Office, then delivery is on their time. Please allow up to 6 weeks for it’s arrival.

returns

I do accept returns, however you must contact me within 7 days of receiving your item. Refunds (less shipping charges, which is $4 for standard “free” shipping) will be sent after the item arrives back to my studio.
